Additional Land Taken for a Technical School in the Borough of Greymouth

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Westland Land District containing 1 acre and 31·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Greymouth, Westland R.D., being part Section 494, Town of Greymouth; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153652 (S.O. 4749) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to part to an easement as to the access of light and air created by memorandum of transfer No. 387046, Wellington Land Registry, for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 33·16 perches, situated in the Borough of Carterton, being Lot 3, D.P. 18006, and being part Section 16, Township of Carterton. Part certificate of title, Volume 669, folio 91, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.
