Crown Land Set Apart for a Main Highway Depot in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a main highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Westland Land District containing 18 perches, situated in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District, Westland R.D., being Rural Section 4145.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a quarry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Nelson Land District containing 5 acres and 32 perches, situated in Block IX, Oparara Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 69; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140424 (S.O. 9809) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of public reserve in the Southland Land District containing 35·3 perches, situated in Block LXXI, Hokonui Survey District, Borough of Gore, Southland R.D., being Section 5 (formerly part Section 2), Block IX, Town-of Gore; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153852 (S.O. 6386) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
