Land Taken for a Public School in Block XV, Invercargill Hundred

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the Southland Land District, situated in Block XV, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
3 1 35·4 Part Lot 1, D.P. 2334, being also part Section 4.
3 0 6·6 Lots 21 to 40 (both inclusive), Block XII, D.P. 38, being also part Section 3.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153732 (S.O. 6378) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 acres and 23·4 perches, situated in Block XIII, Waoku Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Waimamaku B 2F 3 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153687 (S.O. 40055) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

All that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District containing 30 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 5084, and being part Town Section 439, Napier. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 12, folio 106.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 79 acres 1 rood 3·7 perches, situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 53, Pakuranga Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 941, folio 253, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
