A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 38'9 perches, situated in the Borough of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 19 and 20, D.P. 41104. Part certificate of title, Volume 1065, folio 9, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of July 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line restriction contained in notice S. 41164, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence) subject to the said restriction; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 25'2 perches, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, being Lot 7, D.P. S. 4022, being part Allotment 20, Te Papa Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 1288, folio 77, Auckland Land Registry.

Lessor's Reversionary Interest in Land Taken for Resubdivision and Improvement Within the Freemans Bay Reclamation Area, Under Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945, in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lessor's reversionary interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for resubdivision and improvement within the Freemans Bay reclamation area, under Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 3 perches, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 26 of Section 39 of the City of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 598, folio 90, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.

All those pieces of land in the Nelson Land District, situated in the City of Nelson, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 24, D.P. 39366, to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 509704, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.

All those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
