Land Taken, Subject to Water and Other Rights, for State Housing Purposes in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the water and other rights created in and by conveyance No. 336269 (R. 488/142), Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 27 acres 2 roods 33·2 perches, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 21, Parish of Manurewa. Balance certificate of title, Volume 767, folio 237, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of July 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 22 perches, situated in Block V, Gisborne R.D., and being part Oweta 2B 3 Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 58, folio 15; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153707 (S.O. 4979) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
