A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the water and other rights created in and by conveyance No. 336269 (R. 488/142), Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 27 acres 2 roods 33·2 perches, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 21, Parish of Manurewa. PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.
