A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 rood 8 perches, situated in Block XIX, Tuapeka East Survey District, Otago R.D., and being part Section 20; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153651 (S.O. 12281) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of June 1957.

ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 39·9 perches, situated in Block II, Waitamata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Allotments 256 and 257, and part Allotment 258, Paremoremo Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153672 (S.O. 39141) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
