PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 1st day of July 1957.

containing 14·6 perches, situated in Block VII, Newcastle
Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lots 4 and 5,
