A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
State housing purposes, subject to a condition as to the building
line imposed by Order in Council No. 2227, Southland
Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 21·6 perches, situated in the City of Invercargill, and
being Lot 16, D.P. 4636, being part Section 34,/ Block I,

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that

a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1957.

Shuckburgh Collyns, of Kaikoura, farmer, under and by virtue
of renewable lease, No. 133, Volume 31, folio 42, Marlborough
Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land sixthly to
eighthly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty
the Queen by Dallis Heir Giles, of Clarence Bridge, farmer,
under and by virtue of renewable lease, No. 177, Volume 53,
folio 194, Marlborough Land Registry, are hereby taken for
the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1957.
