A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation purposes (raceman's cottage); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of Crown land in the Otago Land District containing 2 acres 3 roods 8 perches, situated in the Town of Ophir, Otago R.D., being Section 72, Block II, Tiger Hill Survey District.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1957.

All those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block XIV, Ohinewairua Survey District, Borough of Taihape, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for defence purposes, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 8 perches, situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 9, D.P. 38174, being part Allotment 190, Takapuna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153609 (S.O. 39939) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1·7 perches, situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 8612, being part Allotment 190, Takapuna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153609 (S.O. 39939) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Land Taken for a Pleasure Ground in Block VI, Waitapu Survey District, Golden Bay County, and Previous Proclamation Revoked

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 16th day of January 1957, and published in Gazette, 24 January 1957, No. 6, page 107, taking land for a pleasure ground in Block VI, Waitapu Survey District, Takaka County, and vesting the same in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Takaka, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Golden Bay as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the Nelson Land District, situated in Block VI, Waitapu Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 3 36 Section 1 of Reserve H, Square 11; coloured sepia on plan.
2 0 37 Section 2 of Reserve H, Square 11; coloured orange on plan.
0 3 30 Accretion; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152405 (S.O. 9964) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
