Society (Church Army Press, trading as)”, read “Church Army Press (Church Army in N.Z. Society, trading as)”, and for “Gadson, Albert”, read “Gadsdon, Albert”, and for “Electrio-Sheetmetals Ltd.”, read “Electro-Sheetmetals Ltd.”.

Crown Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.
SCHEDULE
ALL those parcels of land containing together 6 acre 1 rood 18·88 perches, more or less, being Lots 1 to 13 (inclusive), 22 and 23, 28 and 29, and 36 and 37, Land Transfer Plan No. S.4375, being parts Sections 5 and 5A, Block I, Tarawera Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of June 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1957.

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Marlborough Land District, situated in the Puhipuhi Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

0 1 23·9 Part Section 32, Block XIV; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 19·7 Part Section 32, Block XIV; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 3·5 Part Section 32, Block XIV; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153292 (S.O. 4310) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
