The Western Side of Portion of Herbert Street, in the City of Wellington, Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 5th day of June 1957
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 10th day of October 1956, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the condition that no shop or other building with a public entrance to Herbert Street, and no show windows fronting that street displaying wares for sale shall at any time be erected or, if hereafter erected, be permitted to be used on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Herbert Street (described in the Second Schedule hereto) within a distance of 33 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in Wellington City, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the western side of the portion of Herbert Street adjoining Section 203, and being land in D.P. 4286 and 10825, being all (or part) of the land in certificate of title, Volume 261, folio 121, and Volume 444, folio 285, Wellington Registry; as is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto.
SECOND SCHEDULE
THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Herbert Street, fronting part Section 203, Town of Wellington, and being land in D.P. 4286 and D.P. 10825.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152761 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Approving the Term of the Licence Granted to W. and R. Fletcher (N.Z.) Ltd. for a Tramway Across Dorset Street in the Borough of Mataura

Pursuant to the Tramways Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves the term of the licence granted for a period of twenty-one years from the 1st day of April 1957 by the Mataura Borough Council to W. and R. Fletcher (N.Z.) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, authorising the said company to maintain a private tramway across Dorset Street in the Borough of Mataura, the position of such tramway being more particularly shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 153486 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Pursuant to section 5 of the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Nelson Aerodrome Establishment Order 1957.
- Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Nelson City Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto and known as the Nelson Aerodrome.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in Block III, Waimea Survey District, Nelson Land District, containing 268 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on P.W.D. Plan No. 152351 held in the office of the Aerodromes Section, Ministry of Works, Wellington, and edged thereon in hatching.
