Provisional State Forest Land and Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the provisional State forest land and Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT-SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Clutha County, containing 1,839 acres 2 roods 14 perches, more or less, being Section 45, Block I, and Sections 3, 12, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 22, Block VII, Catlin's Survey District, and being provisional State forest (Gazettes 1923, page 1629; 1924, page 1899; 1925, page 2543; and 1930, page 1671).
Also all that area in Clutha County containing 48 acres 1 rood 39 perches, more or less, being Sections 29, 31, and 34, Block VII, Catlin's Survey District.
As shown on plan No. 218/31 deposited in the head office of the New Zealand Forest Service, and thereon bordered green and red, respectively. (S.O. Plans 296, 311, and 12357.)

ALL that piece of road in the Canterbury Land District containing 6 acres 1 rood 3 perches, situated in Block XII, Hawkins Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and adjoining Rural Sections 19183 and 18762, and part Reserve 1332 (Railway land); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153452 (S.O. 9063) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
