A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
together with the drainage rights contained in memoranda of
transfer Nos. 97985, 100851, 103012, 114628, 154013, and
155725, Otago Land Registry, and subject to the drainage
rights contained in memoranda of transfer Nos. 154065 and
158930, Otago Land Registry, for police purposes (residence);
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 10th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing
32.6 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, Otago R.D.,
and being Lot 2, D.P. 6185, being also part Section 14, Ocean
Beach District. All certificate of title, Volume 328, folio 9,
Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 31st day of May 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
electricity purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date herein-
after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 10th day of June 1957.
