A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 2.39 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 3, D.P. 19475, being part Sections 103 and 105, Epuni Hamlet, and being also part Lot 2, D.P. 13276. Part certificate of title, Volume 514, folio 168, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of May 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 acres 1 rood 0.2 perch, situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 9 and part Lot 6, D.P. 8537, being part Rural Section 3750; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153497 (S.O. 9141) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
