Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in the Town of Reefton

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Nelson Land District containing 1 rood 10·9 perches, situated in the Town of Reefton, Nelson R.D., and being closed road adjoining or passing through Section 920, Town of Reefton, and Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, D.P. 62, being parts Sections 921 and 922, Town of Reefton; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150785 (S.O. 9951) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of May 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Otago Land District containing 0·89 perch, situated in Block III, Upper Kaikorai Survey District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being part Lot 19a, Block V, D.P. 7195, being part Section 19; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153494 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of May 1957.

Land Taken for State Housing Purposes, Subject to a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Transmission Line, in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation No. 327851, Canterbury Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 22 acres 1 rood 8·2 perches, situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 17, D.P. 17073, being part Rural Sections 810 and 1336. Part certificate of title, Volume 345, folio 202, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of May 1957.
