NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO STOP ROAD IN BLOCKS II AND VI, MANGAORONGA SURVEY DISTRICT, OTOROHANGA COUNTY

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed; under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road, and to stop the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken and of the pieces of road to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Otorohanga County Council at Ballance Street, Otorohanga, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking or by the stopping of the said pieces of road should, if they have any well grounded objections to the said taking or stopping, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the office of the County Council at Otorohanga.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act 1924, the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work, namely, in connection with street widening at Aro Street and Adams Terrace in the City of Wellington, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the said city, and there is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours; and that all persons affected by
