Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT--NELSON CONSERVANCY ALL that area in Waimea County containing 1,403 acres, more or less, being Section 3, Block III, Rintoul Survey District, and part of Section 11, Block XV, Waimea Survey District. As shown on plan No. 109/7 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 7065 and 8711.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of May 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT--AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY ALL those areas in Waitomo County containing 871 acres 3 roods 19·5 perches, more or less, being Sections 10, 32, and 33, Block VI, Maungamangero Survey District. As shown on plans Nos. 43/11 and 43/12 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 24788 and 37992.) Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of May 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1957.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:
A. R. P. Being
6 2 31·8 Part land on D.P. 19371, being part Allotment 3 of Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland.
0 1 2·2 Lot 7, D.P. 19815, being part Allotment 3 of Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of One Tree Hill. (S.O. 33109). In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14741 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 37·9 perches. Being part Section 37, Manunui Village Settlement. Situated in Block II, Hunua Survey District, Manunui Town District. (S.O. 23709.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14742 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 26·2 perches.
Being portion of road adjoining Sections 20, 59, 60, and 61, and the East Coast Main Trunk Railway. Situated in Block IV, Aroha Survey District, Ohinemuri County. (S.O. 37578.) In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14731 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged green.

The Social Security Charge (Companies) Payment Order 1957

C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 15th day of May 1957 Present:
The Right Hon. S. G. Holland Presiding in Council Pursuant to the Social Security Act 1938, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Social Security Charge (Companies) Payment Order 1957.
  2. This order applies to the charge payable by every company on its chargeable income for the income year that ended with the 31st day of March 1957: Provided that clause 3 of this order does not apply to any charge to which regulation 11 (2) of the Social Security Charge Regulations 1952* applies (being charge payable by a company in liquidation on the date of the commencement of the liquidation).
  3. The charge shall be due and payable in one sum on the 6th day of February 1958.
  4. The charge shall be payable at any office of the Taxes Division, Inland Revenue Department, or at any money-order post office.
