A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by K. 34660, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 19 acres and 17·32 perches, situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, and being Lots 46, 47, 48, 50, 51, 52, 54 to 69 (inclusive), 76 to 137 (inclusive), 154, 155, and 156, D.P. 18737, being part Sections 89 and 90, Hutt District. Part certificates of title, Volume 482, folio 15, and Volume 525, folio 298, Wellington Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject as to Lot 2, D.P. 19427, to notice of condition as to line of buildings or hoardings K. 39109, Wellington Land Registry; and subject as to Lots 16 and 17, D.P. 19325, to notice of condition as to line of buildings or hoardings K. 39110, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 120, D.P. 19613, to the stormwater drainage rights created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 222231, Auckland Land Registry, for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 71 of the Fire Services Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a fire station and shall vest in the Christchurch Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.
