A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 2 acres, situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey
District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 37431. All
certificate of title, Volume 972, folio 256, Auckland Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

Land and Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in
Block XVI, Heretaunga Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a public school; and I also hereby proclaim and
declare that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of
a public school over the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and
free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to lay,
construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a
line of sewer-pipes under, along, and over the said land, and
to connect such line of pipes to the sewer adjoining the said
land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded
conveyance of sewage, such easement to be appurtenant to
the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 4th day of June 1957.

taining 4 acres 2 roods 29 perches, situated in Block XVI,
Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part

particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153230
(S.O. 2946) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
EASEMENT OVER LAND TAKEN
ALL that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District con-
taining 0·2 perch, situated in Block XVI, Heretaunga Survey
District, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 1656,
part Heretaunga Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153230 (S.O. 2946)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Welling-
ton, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of May 1957.
