A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 35'77 perches, situated in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Town District of Bulls, Wellington R.D., being part Lots 71, 72, 74, and 75, Deeds Plan 71, and part of the land in D.P. 5878, all being part Block II, Rangitikei District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153114 (S.O. 23683) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of May 1957.
