Public Reserve Set Apart for a Public School in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of public reserve in the North Auckland Land District containing 28·4 perches, situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 3, D.P. 41722. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1010, folio 53, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of May 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and the portions of public reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart for the Auckland-Kumeu motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of public domain in the North Auckland Land District containing 6 acres 1 rood 20 perches, situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 1, Parish of Titirangi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153194 (S.O. 39985) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of public reserves in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 1 rood 20·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Stratford, Taranaki R.D., and being Lots 14 and 15, D.P. 8079, being part Section 66A, Block I, Ngaere Survey District. ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 2 roods, situated in Block VIII, Glenomaru Survey District, Otago R.D., and being Lots 1 and 3, Block I, Deeds Plan 241, Township of Quakerfield, being part Section I. Part Proclamation No. 5224, Otago Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for public swimming baths and vested in the Mayor, Council-lors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland by a Proclamation dated 6 February 1952 and published in Gazette, 14 February 1952, Volume I, page 202:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 4th day of June 1957 for parking purposes.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 6·9 perches, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotments 7 and 8 of Section 7, suburbs of Auckland. All the land in Proclamation No. 13451.
