Declaring Maori Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block IX, Takahue Survey District, containing 84 acres 2 roods, and being all of the land known as Pukepoto 4A 1 and 4B 2 Block, as is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.L. 12907 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of May 1957.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in Block I, Invercargill Hundred

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 2ยท9 perches, situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D., and being Lot 41, D.P. 4928. All the land contained in Proclamation No. 2456, Southland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of May 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 acres 1 rood, situated in Block XIV, Alford Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Rural Section 38457. Part certificate of title, Volume 166, folio 293, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of May 1957.
