A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
15 acres 2 roods 21·6 perches.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 26416, being part Fairburn's Old Land Claim 269A, and being part of the land in Proclamation No. 11810.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 35207.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 9868 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of May 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Featherston County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Approximate area of the piece of land: 1 acre 1 rood 8·7 perches.
Being part railway land by virtue of Statutes, being part Section 2, Western Lake Block, and part Rural Sections 204, 203, and 201, Township of Featherston.

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road and that the said road shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Taranaki Harbour Board to reclaim from Taranaki Harbour an area of 1 acre 1 rood as is shown coloured red on plan marked M.D. 10169 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
