A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Marlborough Land District containing 32·04 perches, situated in the Borough of Blenheim, being Lot 1, D.P. 1703, being parts Sections 47 and 48, District of Opawa. All certificate of title, Volume 51, folio 73, Marlborough Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of May 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for an automatic telephone exchange, is hereby set apart for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Marlborough Land District containing 1 rood 0·72 perches, situated in the Borough of Blenheim, being Section 98, Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough R.D., formerly described as Lot 3 and part Lot 2, D.P. 1863, being part Section 1, Omaka Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153234 (S.O. 4328) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 3 roods 3·8 perches, situated in Block IX, Cambridge Survey District, Borough of Cambridge, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 450, Town of Cambridge East; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153340 (S.O. 38108) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 6 acres 3 roods 34·2 perches, situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District, City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 50, D.P. 1580, being part Section 227, Right Bank Wanganui River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153300 (S.O. 23802) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
