A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Joseph Perry, of New Lynn, farmer, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 21494, for a term commencing on 1 September 1948 and ending on 31 August 1959 with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 5 acres and 15 perches, situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 36680, being part Allotment 295A, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153282 (S.O. 39895) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
