FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 3 acres and 12.8 perches, situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part O.L.C. 7; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153311 (S.O. 39967) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood, situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part O.L.C. 7; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153311 (S.O. 39967) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Southland Land District containing 1 rood 10'6 perches, situated in Block II, Town of Invercargill, Southland R.D., and being section 23 (formerly Section 10 and part Section 13); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153308 (S.O. 6349), and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of May 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 38 perches, being Lot 18, D.P. S.835, being part Section 15, Block II, Maketu Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 49, folio 208, Auckland Land Registry.
