Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Blocks VIII, XI, XII, and XIV, Matiri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Nelson Land District situated in the Matiri Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 5 acres and 15 perches, situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 36680, being part Allotment 295A, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153282 (S.O. 39895) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of May 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a secondary school, and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1957,
