The Miller's Flat Rabbit District Order 1957 (Notice No. Ag. 6289)

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 1st day of May 1957 Present:

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

ORDER

1.(1) This order may be cited as the Miller's Flat Rabbit District Order 1957.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The boundaries of the Miller's Flat Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 9th day of March 1949,* are hereby altered and redefined; and as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

BOUNDARIES OF THE MILLER'S FLAT RABBIT DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Otago Land District and the Counties of Tuapeka, Taieri, and Vincent containing 151,000 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of Andersons Little Creek with the Clutha River; thence up the centre of Andersons Little Creek to and generally north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the Roxburgh-Miller's Flat Main Highway to Smiths Road; thence generally northerly along the western boundary of Smiths Road, to and generally north-easterly and south-easterly along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Sanders Road to the north-western boundary of Section 22s, Teviot Settlement; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary and north-westerly along the south-western boundary of that Section 22s and its production to centre of the Teviot River; thence generally easterly up the centre of that river to a point in line with the western boundary of Run 639; thence northerly to and along that boundary and north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Runs 639 and 641 and easterly along the northern boundaries of Runs 641, 642, and 643 and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Runs 643 and 644, to and along the north-eastern shore of Lake Onslow, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Run 607, to the north-western corner of Run 656; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Run 656 and its production to the centre of the Taieri River; thence generally southerly up the centre of the Taieri River to the confluence of McKays Creek; thence generally south-westerly along the southern boundary of Run 656 and the south-eastern boundary of Run 658, to and down the centre of Talla Burn to its confluence with the Clutha River; thence generally north-westerly along the north-eastern bank of the Clutha River to the point of commencement.

Declaring the Nukumaru Farm Settlement (Marahau) Road in the Waitotara County to be County Road

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Nukumaru Survey District, Waitotara County, Wellington R.D., commencing at its junction with the Hawera-Wanganui State Highway and proceeding thence in a south-westerly and westerly direction generally for a distance of 122 chains approximately adjoining Sections 82, part 44, Lot 2, D.P. 11163, being part Section 44, Sections 83, 85, 86, part 42, 84, 89, 87, and 88, Waitotara District (Nukumaru Farm Settlement).

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153262 (S. O. 22728) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Frederick Street in the City of Hastings, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 8th day of May 1957 Present:

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hastings City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 153291 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 20 ft., from the side lines of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Hawke's Bay Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood 12Β·7 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 8827, part Lot 3, D.P. 7217, and part Lot 162, D.P. 1387, part Heretaunga Block; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153291 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Varying a Condition as to Setting Back the Building Line of Portions of the North-western and North-eastern Sides of Easter Crescent in the City of Dunedin, Imposed by Order in Council Under Section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1948 and Section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 1st day of May 1957 Present:

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 4th day of April 1950, published in Gazette, 5 April 1950, Volume I, page 370, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 5908, authorising the laying off of the streets described in the Schedule of the said Order in Council subject to a condition as to the building line, by varying the condition with regard to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council so that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1, 6, and 15, D.P. 7117, being part Section 291R and part Section 46, Block VII, Town District, within a distance of 15 ft. from the side lines of the said street.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 9Β·8 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 7, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.153192 (S.O. 39953) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
