A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 39·2 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 19219, being part Rural Section 135. Part certificate of title, Volume 69, folio 213, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of May 1957.

Easement Over Land Taken for the Development of Water Power in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, and Previous Proclamation Revoked as to Part

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 13 October 1955 and published in the Gazette, 20 October 1955, Volume III, page 1645, taking land subject to an easement, and an easement over land for the development of water power in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, as to the easement described in the First Schedule of the said Proclamation, and hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the development of water power over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land, for the purpose of the disposal of storm water through the said pipes, together with the right of ingress, egress, and regress for the said purpose, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 4·9 perches, situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 62 (D.P. 4672), Grey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148242 (S.O. 8726) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 4 acres 1 rood 39 perches, situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 5788, being part Section 62, Grey District. All certificate of title, Volume 145, folio 45, Taranaki Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of May 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
All that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 8 acres and 13 perches, situated in Block XII, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 3616, being also part Sections 169 and 508; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153263 (S.O. 6269) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
All that piece of road in the Southland Land District containing 6 acres 3 roods, situated in Block XII, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland R.D., adjoining Lot 2, D.P. 3616, being part Sections 169 and 508; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153263 (S.O. 6269) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
