Land Held for Police Purposes Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Hamilton

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for police purposes, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 24·5 perches, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 301A, Town of Hamilton East; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153285 (S.O. 38132) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 36·6 perches, situated in Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District, Borough of Morrinsville, being Lot 10, D.P. S. 2609, being part Motumaho No. 2 Block and part stopped Government road. Part certificate of title, Volume 1284, folio 89, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation No. 327851, Canterbury Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 22 acres 3 roods 22 perches, situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 3 and part Lot 4, D.P. 9332, being part Rural Section 330. All certificate of title, Volume 481, folio 134, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Ellerslie as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 9·8 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 7, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153192 (S.O. 39953) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
