A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, containing 2 roods, situated in Block V, Cambridge Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 2981, being part Section 14; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153177 (S.O. 37978) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of April 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for library purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 2·25 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 3 of Block A, D.P. 1543, being part Section 38, Karori District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153227 (S.O. 23703) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
