Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Wairoa

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State
housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes
(residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District con-
taining 39·65 perches, situated in the Borough of Wairoa,
Hawke's Bay R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 8716, Township of
Clyde. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 4, folio 177.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 18th day of April 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General
Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion
of a public domain described in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton motorway, and
the portion of a public domain described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th
day of May 1957.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of public domain in the North Auckland Land
District containing 1 acre and 27·5 perches, situated in Block
VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Otahuhu, Auckland
R.D., and being part Allotment 19, Small Farms near the
Village of Otahuhu; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 151430 (S.O. 39493) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue, edged blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of public domain in the North Auckland
Land District containing 1 acre and 36·6 perches, situated in
Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Otahuhu,
Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 19, Small Farms
near the Village of Otahuhu; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151430 (S.O. 39493)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.

effect on and after the 6th day of May 1957.

taining 1 rood 17·6 perches, situated in Block I, Town of
Pukerau, Southland R.D. being Section 36. All certificate
of title, Volume 24, folio 286, Southland Land Registry.
