Crown Land Set Apart for a Post Office in the Borough of Onehunga

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 27·5 perches, situated in the Borough of Onehunga, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 325, D.P. 37885. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 869, folio 4, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the restrictions imposed by the notice under section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1935, registered as No. S. 28865, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District containing together 1 acre 3 roods 1·3 perches, situated in Block IX, Galatea Survey District, being Sections 43 to 49 (both inclusive), Town of Galatea, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 28950.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 33 perches, situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 9, D.P. 42006. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 178, folio 177, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 12·6 perches, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being part Hamlin's Grant; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151432 (S.O. 39565) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 5 perches, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being part Hamlin's Grant; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151432 (S.O. 39565) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for a main highway depot, is hereby set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of May 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 1 31·8 Part Hamlin's Grant; coloured yellow on plan.
