DURATION OF LICENCE
6. Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1978.

RENTAL
7. For the purpose of assessing the rental or annual sum payable in respect of this licence, the maximum generating capacity of the plant at the commencement of this licence is 30 kilowatts.

NO RIGHTS TO WATER CONFERRED
8. Nothing in this licence shall of itself confer upon the licensee any right to water.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Amendment Act 1927 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the investment in debentures of the Hamilton City Council, bearing interest at 4¼ per cent and maturing on the 31st day of March 1965, of the sum of three hundred pounds (£300), the said sum having been received in terms of section 30 of the said Act by the Central Waikato Electric Power Board.

HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council of the 15th day of December 1953 and published in the Gazette, 7 January 1954, Vol. I, page 10, authorising trustees to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Waikawa Harbour as a site for a slipway and prescribing dues for the use of same, by omitting the words “Walter Allan Stronach” and by substituting the words “Arthur Cyril Bruce Kent”.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14610 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
