A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the entirety of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that notwithstanding section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, no part of the said land shall be deemed to be excepted out of this Proclamation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block VII, Rangiriri Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
