A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 24th day of November 1950, and published in Gazette, 30 November 1950, Volume III, page 2032, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 4272, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Foxton Motorway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Changing the Name of the Hutt Valley Electric Power Board to the Hutt Valley Electric Power and Gas Board

PURSUANT to section 21 of the Electricity and Gas Co-ordination Act 1956, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the name of the Hutt Valley Electric Power Board shall, from the day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette, be changed to the Hutt Valley Electric Power and Gas Board.

Declaring Certain Restrictions as to the Use of Boats in Wildlife Refuges in the Hawke's Bay Acclimatisation District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that in relation to the Proclamation published in Gazette, 14 March 1957, No. 22, page 470, declaring certain areas in the Hawke's Bay Acclimatisation District to be wildlife refuges for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, in so far as the said Proclamation relates to Lake Tutira, the use of boats is restricted to boats wholly propelled by oars, paddles, or sails.
