A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

ALL those pieces of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in Block IX, Maradekakaho Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District containing 1 rood 12.9 perches, situated in Block IX, Maradekakaho Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part D.P. 721, part Block 1, Gwavas Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152820 (S.O. 2852) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
