A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of April 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an access way and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Taumarunui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of April 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 5.4 perches, situated in Block I, Piopio Survey District, Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 5, Block VIII, Taumarunui Maori Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152973 (S.O. 36398) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 acres and 37.6 perches, situated in Block IX, Waoku Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 14; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152982 (S.O. 39815) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of March 1957.
