PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of April 1957.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District containing 5 acres 3 roods 20 perches, being Section 16, Block XV, Puniu Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. 36878.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of April 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of public reserve in the Southland Land District containing 13·1 perches, situated in Block IV, Oreti Hundred, Southland R.D., being part Lot 28, D.P. 276, and being also part Section 156; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152983 (S.O. 6358) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 2 roods, situated in Block X, Karete Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being Section 8, Block X, Pipiriki Maori Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96661 (S.O. 17/38) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 32·7 perches, situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District, City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 26, D.P. 1577, being part Section 8, Right Bank Wanganui River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152977 (S.O. 23726) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
