Appointment of Sufferance Wharves at Wellington
Pursuant to section 23 of the Customs Act 1913, the Comptroller of Customs hereby appoints the Burnham, Miramar, Petone, and Point Howard Wharves, within the Port of Wellington, as sufferance wharves for the lading and unlading of:
(a) Oil and motor spirits, in bulk; or
(b) Goods which have been delivered from the control of the Customs; or
(c) Goods of New Zealand produce or manufacture;
and hereby revokes all existing appointments of places within the Port of Wellington as sufferance wharves for the purposes of that Act.

Appointment of Customs Examining Places in New Zealand
Pursuant to section 20 of the Customs Act 1913, and to powers delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section II of that Act, the Comptroller of Customs hereby appoints the premises described in the Schedule hereto to be places for the examination by the Customs of goods subject to the control of the Customs, and hereby revokes all existing appointments of places throughout New Zealand as examining places for the purposes of that Act.
