A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post
and Telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day
of March 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 1 rood, situated in the Borough of Matamata, being
Lot 95, D.P. 13191, being part Section 81, Block II, Tapapa
Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 927, folio 5,

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the lease-
hold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,
held from Her Majesty the Queen by Donald Edward Nicolson,
of Oturehua, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease,
Volume 259, folio 106, Otago Land Registry, are hereby taken

General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that

public conveniences and shall vest in the Chairman, Council-
lors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of
March 1957.
