A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block III, Pareora Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Graeme Duncan Proctor Henderson, of Pleasant Point, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 521, folio 89, Canterbury Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by George Harold Sandrey, of Pleasant Point, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 521, folio 90, Canterbury Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1957.
