A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school (caretaker’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 32 perches, being part Section 65, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152879 (S.O. 38046) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of March 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Eric Lindsay Abbott, of Christchurch, freezing worker, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 196, folio 104, Canterbury Land Registry, are hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1957.
