Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in
Block VI, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of
March 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Canterbury Land Dis-
trict containing 5 acres 3 roods 16 perches, situated in Block
VI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being
part Section 4, Kaimahi Settlement; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152867
(S.O. 9112) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 8th day of March 1957.

General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that

that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart, for a public school; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day
of March 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing together 1 rood 30·5 perches, situated in Block
XIV, Tauranga Survey District, being Lot 11, D.P. S. 2042,
and Lot 10, D.P. S. 4022, being part Allotment 20, Parish of
Te Papa. Part certificate of title, Volume 1236, folio 80, Auck-
land Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land
District containing 1 rood 1·8 perches, situated in Block XIV,
Tauranga Survey District, being Lot 6, D.P. S. 2042, being
part Allotment 20, Parish of Te Papa. Formerly part certificate
of title, Volume 808, folio 127, Auckland Land Registry.

of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.

30 perches, situated in the Borough of Oamaru, being part
