Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Teachers' Residences in the Borough of Kawerau

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for teachers' residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District containing together 3 roods 11·7 perches, situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 136, D.P. S. 3392, Lot 62, D.P. S. 3393, and Lots 39 and 51, D.P. S. 4122, being parts Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of March 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 3 roods 22·2 perches, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 194, D.P. 44298. Part certificates of title, Volume 1022, folio 296, and Volume 848, folio 148.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 32 perches, situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 70, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152888 (S.O. 39873) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block III, Pareora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

1 0 10·9 Part Rural Section 37531; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 26·9 Part Rural Section 37532; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152122 (S.O. 8748) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Taranaki Land District containing 28·2 perches, situated in the Borough of Patea, Taranaki R.D., and being Section 3, Block XXXVII, Town of Patea; as shown on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth under No. 8705.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of March 1957.

III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, being Sections 25, 26, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 44, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 52, 53, and 54, Town of Edgecumbe, as shown on the plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. 37310.
