Land Held for Purposes Incidental to Deer Destruction, Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residence) in Block II, Tauhara Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for purposes incidental to deer destruction, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 33·3 perches, being Lot 12, D.P. 17109, being part Section 13, Block II, Tauhara Survey District, being the land in Proclamation S. 61379. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 159, folio 160, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of March 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 27·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Ashburton, being Lot 9, D.P. 18741, being part Rural Section 6572. Part certificate of title, Volume 631, folio 4, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of March 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 30·7 perches, situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 91, D.P. S. 3392, being part Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of March 1957.
