Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Otautau Town Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a community centre and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of the Town District of Otautau, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Picton Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Picton and revokes the reservation for public utility purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Borough of Mount Albert (Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of refusals and prohibitions made by the Mount Albert Borough Council in the interests of the Mount Albert Borough district scheme under either subsection (2) of the said section or section 34 of the Town Planning Act 1926 and extended to the 1st day of February 1957 by notice published in Gazette, 19 January 1956, page 41, is hereby further extended to the 1st day of February 1958 for all such refusals and prohibitions.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Borough of Papakura (Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of refusals and prohibitions made by the Papakura Borough Council in the interests of the Papakura Borough district scheme under either subsection (2) of the said section or section 34 of the Town Planning Act 1926 and extended to 1 February 1957 in Gazette, 26 January 1956, page 67, is hereby further extended to the 1st day of February 1958 for all such refusals and prohibitions.
