HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Otorohanga County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Chapman Street in the City of Dunedin Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 11th day of January 1957
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto, at a width for part of its length of less than 50 ft., but not less than 42 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 152408 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 36 ft. from the centre line of the said street.

THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 12·3 perches, being part Lot 25, Deeds Plan 182, and part Delhi Street, Deeds Plan 333, being part certificate of title, Volume 363, folio 132, Otago Land Registry, and part Lot 5, Block II, Deeds Plan 333, being part certificate of title, Volume 260, folio 247, Otago Land Registry.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152408 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Fife Street in the City of Dunedin Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto, at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 42 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 152370 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 36 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 31·4 perches, being part Lot 11, D.P. 20, and part Lot 50, D.P. 201, being also part Section 112, Wakari Survey District, and part Section 13, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai Survey District, contained in certificate of title, Volume 341, folio 16, Otago Land Registry.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152370 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
