A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:

0 1 31·7 Part Rural Section 11181; coloured blue.
1 0 20 Part Lot 1, D.P. 12857, being part Rural Sections 17382 and 7584; coloured orange.

Situated in Block I, Geraldine Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 9052.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152497 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of January 1957.
