Land Taken for the Purpose of Laying Out and Constructing
a New Street in the Borough of New Lynn

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of laying out and constructing a new street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of New Lynn as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1957.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 36311, being part Allotment 280, Parish of Waikomiti.
Situated in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of New Lynn, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39631.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152473 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
